Live Writer and Drupal 6

As many CMS systems have started to expand their feature sets one of things that seems to be common is to add blog support.  Once they do so, the next question seems to be; “Can you make it work with Windows Live Writer”.  Drupal is free CMS system that first launched in 2001.  It has a blog and blogapi module but to make it work with Live Writer you need to download unique modules for Live Writer.

JD Leonard is a program manager that I work with on Live Writer and he our resident expert with Drupal.  Here is a link to his blog post on how to set up Drupal 6 to work well with Live Writer.

I’ll try and update this post with what features work and do not work with Drupal 6 and Live Writer.
